PDTC provides Registry and Paying Agency services for dematerialized equity and debt securities traded in organized markets, with optional payment services for issuers.

PDTC, as a CSD, offers safekeeping services under a nominee structure, enabling dematerialization for debt and equity securities, including scripless fixed-income instruments.

PDTC operates a Collateral Management System accredited by PDEx, covering assets for the PDEx Repo and Securities Lending programs under a transfer-of-title arrangement.
